City of Murphy opens Murphy Central Park and the child in me is delighted! It is located at 206 North Murphy Road just north of the City's Municipal buildings and adjacent to Murphy's PSA.
Recently I visited the park with some very special people there to help me explore all that the park offers. Our first stop was at the amphitheater where they graciously provided a live song on-stage for the first time. No autographs were given. The water park (not photographed) was not operational as the weather remains on the cool side.
But the most fun was found on the playground with the spider web climb, spinning spiral and rings. The pond sits to the east of the playground and further exploration of the pond will happen when the weather warms in the City of Murphy.
