Any of these buyers will make perfect candidates and should attend the Temecula Home Auction. Below are some things that should be done prior to attending the home auction and on the day of the auction.
Prior to Auction
Register prior to auction date. It is free! All you have to do is go to www.ushomeauction.com and click on the register button. If you are not able to register prior to auction date, but just found out about the auction you can also register the day of the auction.
Attend the open houses for each property you are interested in and also interested in bidding on. The dates to view the properties for the Temecula Home Auction are 03/22/2008, 03/29/2008, 03/30/2008. My advice to any buyer who is interested in attending and bidding on a property is to please inspect any property thoroughly!
Day of Auction
Once you arrive to the auction you must check-in and present your $5000.00 cashiers check (made payable to you). The check will not be collected but is a way to let them know that you are interested in bidding. Once you have checked-in you will receive your bidder card.
If this is the first auction you will be attending you need to arrive 30 minutes prior to the auction. There will be a bidding auction seminar to give you an idea of what the process is and the pace of the auction.
