I sold this home to a California Buyer in 2005, he asked me to manage it for him and another one he bought! I had been in leasing apartments so I said sure I can do that. This is how I slipped into our Property Management career!
Property Management is a niche market, not everyone is cut out to do the work and put the systems in place to work this side of the real estate market. I have learned Property Management is so much more than leasing nice homes..... We definitely have put the systems in place to help you maintain your investment.
