This is my first time writing the Week in Review. Thank you Jeff for the opportunity. In perusing through the blogs from the week I learned some new things and was inspired from the articles below.
Better Insurance Rates by Keith Goodman- This was very informative, specific, and relevant to a broad audience of all pros and all home buyers.
Current mortgage rates-which way are we headed? by Paul McFadden - Well written and he sums it up nicely: "...listen to their mortgage professionals about when to lock in a rate. It's too tough to predict precisely when rates will be ideal to refinance or buy. Consumers: If you have any doubts at all, heed those and lock in the rate today. I've seen too many cases where people gamble and then walk away with nothing."
FHA mortgages vs Conventional mortgages.... which is better? by Jeff Belonger -Very informative. Jeff took the time to make it easy to understand to the consumer. I liked another blog Jeff wrote this week but this was my favorite as I only want to list 1 per pro:)
New Proposed Rules for Regulation Z - Truth in Lending by Anthony Torres - Anthony invested a lot of time and research in writing this blog (and didn't receive any comments - C'mon guys!). I think the issue of more new regulations is very timely and relevant.
Optimism by Keith Goodman - I think it's an important message for us all!
The Internet Has No Closing Costs? by Tony Grego - The Bank of America loans are something I personally am forced to compete with on a daily basis.
What is DSC??? by Charles Hennebeul - It's a nice commercial loan refresher for us pros.
