What's the Neighborhood Like?
Jernigan Acres is a smaller subdivision with no HOA. The homes you would expect to find for sale in the Jernigan Acres are generally going to range between 1700 and 4700 square feet. Construction began back in 1982. The last home in this subdivision were built in 2009. Since then, many of the homes have had updates. The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with 3 bedrooms while the larger floor plans have a four bedroom layout. Most of the lots range between 3/4 acre and 4 1/4 acre so there is plenty of room for people to bring their horses. This is the best Pace has to offer. It is Southern Living at it’s finest!
