Eric is my photographer, which really means.....he's one of my marketing tools. He solves problems. He solves my seller's problems.
The best thing about Eric is that I can tell him what I want, and then he'll tell me that he has a better idea. Often, that's true. Other times, he'll humor me because that's likely easier than to argue with me.
Not every photographer understands how r.e. photography isnt' the same as family portraits, but Eric does. He attempts to capture the essense of the home. I've never felt like we were rushing through; if you've hired some other services where they have 30 minutes to photograph the entire home, you know how that usually doesn't work out well.
While I'm not a big breakfast fan, the time does work for some people. Some referral partners work to throw you business; some referral partners work to enhance your probability of success. Eric was speakin with me with regards to how I could position him to help close the listing.
