Chadwick Corner, The Green Company's newest neighborhood at The Pinehills is off to a great start with close to 8 homes sold in the first phase!
Site work is moving along roads are paved, several foundations poured and the model homes are framed. We would love to show you around, but ask that you call for an appointment. As you can imagine, there is a great deal of construction activity involving heavy equipment so the site is not safe for unaccompanied visitors.
There will be some new and exciting changes to the Fresco and Portico designs at Chadwick Corner. All of the homes will have a rich new color palette. The exterior will feature a combination of beautiful shake and clapboard style vinyl siding and the trim will be a wrapped white aluminum. The Portico homes will now have full driveways, and bulkhead access to the lower level.
Two of the floor plans will be retired and two new floor plans will be introduced. The single story Fresco 1 will be replaced with a two story Fresco 5. The 1,989 square foot Fresco 5 will have a similar first floor layout (with improvements) and the 2nd floor will have a bedroom, loft and full bath. Don't worry, it will still feature that award winning courtyard you all fell in love with! The Portico C will be replaced with the Portico D. This two story 1,914 square foot home will have 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a private first floor den. A semi decorated model will be available to tour next spring.

Chadwick Corner will consist of 56 of the award winning Portico and Fresco style homes. Delivery will begin in spring of 2015.
The Green Company is SOLD OUT at Winslowe's View and Rebecca's Landing. There is one Fresco 4 left at The Greens and two Portico homes available at Greengate.
