What's the Neighborhood Like?
The homes you would expect to find for sale in the North Hills Neighborhood are generally going to range between 2000 and 3000 square feet, although there are some exceptions. Most of the homes were originally built in 1964 or 1965, with a few built back in the late 1950s. The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with 3 bedrooms, but most homes have 4 or 5 bedrooms, with 2 or 3 bathrooms. Most of the lots range between 8,500 square feet and 11,000 square feet, so there is plenty of room for people to get out and enjoy the back yard. Many homes also have swimming pools.

North Hills, on the northeast corner of La Habra is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the entire city of La Habra. You can be Uptown Whittier in 10 minutes, downtown Los Angeles in 30 minutes, and downtown Orange in 20 minutes.
The Homeowners association dues in this neighborhood is voluntary, but streets are always well taken care of, and lawns are mostly manicured with the utmost care. There are two parks within walking distance, inluding Loma Norte Park and Estell Park.
There is just about every kind of conceivable shopping within a short driving distance. The North Hills Plaza shopping center is just down the street at the corner of Harbor Boulevard and Whittier Boulevard.
