The Climer School of Real Estate will be offering the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate 63 Hour Pre License classes in Spanish, starting in January.
A prospective licensee can take the state exam in spanish, and there is even a text book in spanish.
For some reason, a true 63 hour pre license class, in spanish, has not been available in central Florida. And now it is.
