| I would recommend the Live Streaming Real Estate course to anyone! I was able to take my classes from the comfort of my own home in Ohio before I moved to Florida. This class is a lot of information but Andy did an amazing job at teaching you what you needed to know to pass the state exam, all while keeping the class entertained. I felt very confident going into the state exam. Not only is this class convenient, but it also allowed me to take the course and begin working right away after the move since I was able to pass it on the first try! |

| I was in Andy's Live Streaming class for my Florida Real Estate License. Andy is great teacher. He really understands the material he is teaching, professional, effective, helpful, motivating, with great sense of humor! He made the class easy to understand and funny in the same time. | There are schools and then there are REAL schools. This is a REAL school. If you want to pass the state exam the first time, go to this school. Listen to every tidbit of information offered! The Climer School is the one who is going to get you through the first time!! Andy Brown is just the best in every way. |

| I went into this not knowing what to expect but Andy was truly amazing! We covered all the basics and then some. The '60 hrs in 6 days' course practically flew by. He took the time to explain what we needed to know and even outlined information that we would most likely need to focus on for the state exam. There are multiple tools on hand for supporting your learning style as well. The very first day of class I found out that this school was highly recommended by both alumni and large corporations as well and now I see why. They help prepare you to the best of their ability and provide you with the tools necessary to succeed. Thank you very much! ^_^ |

| I was referred to the Climer School of Real Estate by an License Real Estate Agent who had also attended the school and it was "OUTSTANDING". Andy Brown is an OUTSTANDING Instructor and Pam is ....in one word "AWESOME". They have the perfect combination. Brilliants and Kindness. This school was very informative regarding the real estate arena. They place you in the most relaxing environment and ........ great entertainment with Andy's jokes and humor.
