Real Estate Market in Centerville GA

The Real Estate Market in Centerville GA in November 2014 was bustling with activity as buyers were finding homes to their liking and doing everything in their power to get under contract to be closed this year. In this buyers market (8 months of available inventory), that has been very good news for those sellers who have market priced their homes in hope of starting 2015 anew. 

The number of homes for sale (48) went up this past month as did the number of sales (6) from the previous month (4). Also up was the average sales price to list price ratio coming in at an excellent 99.03%, as sellers right priced, and got nearly full price offers as their early holiday gift! 16% from the previous month as sellers decided to get their home on the market before the holidays.

Although the average sales price dropped $30K this past month it is not an issue. It means that homes in the lower price points took precedence and made their way to the closing table. It is still an excellent time to list and sell your Centerville GA home!
