Celadon Hills is located on the very west side of Hendersonville, near the Etowah Community. Off the beaten path, you have to know where to find this out of the way neighborhood. And yet it is just minutes from Etowah's groceries, gas stations, the library and diners. It is about a 20 minute drive into Historic Downtown Hendersonville.
The Homes
The majority of homes were built in the early 2000's and so they are all modern, open and bright. Average square footage runs from 1600 to 2400, with nice open half acre yards. The last few years homes have sold from the low to mid $200,000's.
Where will your children go to school?

The Community
HOA fees are reasonable at $85 per month, and include lawn care, a real plus! A nearby 11 acre park along the French Broad River is great for walks or hiking. Enjoy nature in this great off the beaten path.
