Ben Kinney, a successful Real Estate professional from Bellingham, WA, talks to Jim and Diana about how creating a positive environment can set you up for success in all aspects of your life.
Jim notes that he saw an interview of Ben previously where Ben talked about creating a positive environment and how doing so helped him lose weight.
Ben says "what I was trying to say in that video is that it's all connected. If you aren't in good enough health that you don't have the energy enough to be great at work, you aren't going to be great at work. If you're great at work and you don't put any energy into your health, over time its going to slow you down."
Ben makes a great point there. Though its important to be successful at work, its also important to take care of yourself. When you are happy and healthy, your business can be even more successful!
