Cancel the listing at any time
Either you or I can cancel by calling and saying “I want to cancel this listing” It’s that simple. The cancellation becomes effective at the time you call. Please allow 2 business days to have the sign removed and the listing withdrawn from the Multiple Listing Service.
No advance fees of any kind
You’ll only pay if I procure an offer that is acceptable to you.
“No Pressure” presentation
I will never allow you to be “pressured” by the buyer’s agent. All offers will be emailed or delivered to my office and presented to you by us, so you can make your decision privately.
When a homeowner elects to participate in the Ryan Jennings Group Hassel Free Home Selling Program it will include a variable commission based on the following outcomes:
1.5% Commission: Seller finds the buyer who buys the home through their sphere of influence (personal friends/family), and an outside agent IS used to represent the buyer, then the Ryan Jennings Group will represent the seller exclusively, write the offer, and facilitate the seller’s side of the closing for 1.5%.
3% Commission: Seller finds the buyer who buys the home through their sphere of influence (personal friends/family), and an outside agent is NOT used, the Ryan Jennings Group will represent the seller and the buyer as a transaction broker, write the offer, and facilitate the entire transaction for 3%.
5% Commission: The Ryan Jennings Group finds the buyer who buys the home. There is no other agent involved. Then the Ryan Jennings Group will represent the seller and the buyer as a transaction broker, write the offer, and facilitate the entire transaction for 5%.
6% Commission: Another agent represents the buyer. Our commission is 3% and the other agent is receives 3%.
7% Commission: We enroll you in our Curb Appeal Refresher Package and hire a professional home stager to stage your home while it is on the market.
