Sales increased in Brentwood East of I-65 again in May over April from 52 to 68.  Seventeen of the 68 homes in Brentwood East of I-65 were new construction, accounting for 25% of May’s sales!  The days on market averaged a mere 59 days.   Homes in Brentwood East of I-65 ranged in sale price from $309,000 to $1,450,000 and averaged $617,910.
