There is an ever growing situation in Arizona that finds adult children needing to take in parents with various neuroligcal conditions for safety reasons alone.

The number of Americans with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias will grow each year as the size and proportion of the U.S. population age 65 and older continue to increase. By 2025, the number of people age 65 and older with Alzheimer's disease is estimated to reach 7.1 million — a 40 percent increase from the 5.1 million age 65 and older affected in 2015. By 2050, the number of people age 65 and older with Alzheimer's disease may nearly triple, from 5.1 million to a projected 13.8 million, barring the development of medical breakthroughs to prevent or cure the disease.
We are fortunate in Arizona to have the perfect setting and resources to address this situation. Many of my clients found themselves in situations whereby their parents were aging. Recently, I have had the opportunity to have two homes that are "mini-compounds".
One is a Horse Property for Sale in Gilbert Near the LDS Temple with a swimming pool and a two bedroom guest house with two bathrooms and a highly upgraded kitchen.
The other is in a Mesa Gated Homes for Sale community with a two bedroom guest house with full kitchen and separate entrance and this compound also has a pool.
So, what we are now able to offer is a solution for people that would love to buy one of these homes. If you are moving up and selling two homes to buy one, we will credit you the commission paid to us for selling your homes. If you are only selling one home and doing a reverse mortgage to buy either of the other two homes, you will pay no commission on the sale of the home to us AND, we will pay any allowable fees we can pay on the reverse mortgage.
