Summertime elicits favorite activities for all of us. From fireworks on 4th of July to watermelon and swimming and ice cream. Hearing the music from an ice cream truck brings back memories of running for home to ask Mom for money before the ice cream truck left our neighborhood.
Today is National Ice Cream Day. President Ronald Reagan first proclaimed July as National Ice Cream month and the third Sunday as National Ice Cream Day.
