The Gardens of Manship is part of the Pinelands Public Improvement District in Rankin County. All property owners participate in the annual assessment to pay for infrastructure improvements along Hugh Ward Parkway. The assessment is included with the annual tax bill from Rankin County. There is a separate fee for the Homeowners Association, which is managed by Orkin Property Management.
