South Riding Mid Week Update 9/12/2015 - 9/16/2015

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. there are currently 68 homes for sale. 3 homes new to the market; 1 traditional sale town homes, 1 short sale detached homes & 1 traditional sale detached homes. 3 homes received a contract; 3 traditional sale town homes. 2 homes were reported sold; 1 traditional sale town homes and 1 traditional sale detached homes.  There are 3 homes coming soon.   I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
