My best recent client story was last week when a client, who I helped buy a home over a year ago, thought to call me FIRST when they were having a "plumbing emergency".

What great feedback on my level of customer service to simply be top of mind for them when picking up the phone for help! What a great honor that this client KNEW that I would be available to help them with reputable resources to provide to them to solve their problem.

It is really cool to know that folks understand that my service to them as their Realtor does not end at the closing table, but I am their "Realtor for Life", available with resources when they need them.

We always joke in our office.........call me when ever you need something done to your home, I got a person! this is so true, we all know people..............our office put a list together of service providers that we know, so we can pass along at closing.
