I work with many investors in the Louisville area, finding them homes that they can invest in, update, and make a wonderful home for a new family. They often have to react quickly, which means they have to see many homes quickly on some days, so they can be first to "jump" on the deal.
I had this Seneca Park area listing last year, and the sellers estate and I decided it best to market it "as is", since they really knew little of the history of the home, and knew that it needed many upgrades to systems and finishes.
Since I love to market my real estate listings, I treated it like I do my others, and shot this video for it. It unfortunately only highlights the exterior since the interior was a bit of a mess from the moving process having started.
What did the video produce? A buyer, and we closed in weeks after listing the home! The members of the estate were very happy!
