There will be a new business coming to the Village Green at The Pinehills. The buzz has been circulating for some time, but now that residents have been notified, it appears to be official. Cafe Roo will be opening sometime in early 2016.
The new cafe will be offering breakfast as well as lunch. If you have ever patronized the Roo Bar in Cordage Park, then you will have a feel for what to expect as it will be owned and operated by the same principals. Cafe Roo will be a place where you can gather with friends for a cup of coffee, a light or full breakfast, or a casual lunch. Pinehills residents and visitors have been patiently waiting for a cafe to return to the community since Cafe Olio left at the end of 2013. The opening of Cafe Roo will be a welcome and much anticipated addition to the community.
It's great to have options, and now residents or visitors can choose between East Bay Grill at The Pinehills Golf Club, Mama Mia's, Mirbeau Inn & Spa, The Market (take out), or The Rye Tavern for their dining pleasure.
