I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. there are currently 19 homes for sale. 1 homes new to the market; 1 traditional sale detached homes.  1 homes received a contract;  1 traditional sale town homes.  0 homes were reported sold;  1 short sale town homes.  There are 0 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
