It allows me to follow the market in several areas of the Triangle I sell homes in. Our Market Minute helps agents, buyers and sellers know if a market is healthy or not. Are homes moving or sitting for months?
• Market Minute Reports graphically present easy-to read real estate trend data for over 30 counties and neighborhoods across the Greater Triangle Area
• Consumers can view or subscribe to receive emailed reports monthly
• FM Agents can invite their prospects/clients to subscribe and each month they will receive agent personalized Market Minute reports – at no cost to the agent
• When a prospect/client who is subscribed to an FM agent clicks on “View homes in this Market Minute Area” – they will be logged into My FMRealty and 100% of all inventories will have their FM Agent’s contact information (and ALL leads go directly to that agent – with no eServices referral fees attached)
• For an area to have a dedicated Market Minute report (ie. a report that only reflects the data for a specific Zip Code), the area must have had at least 240 real estate deed transfers in the last calendar year.
