I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. there are currently 14 homes for sale. 0 homes new to the market.  2 homes received a contract; 1short sale town homes & 1 traditional sale detached homes.  0 homes were reported sold.  There are 0 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
