Braemar Reflection Quarterly: October-December 2015
This is the fourth Braemar Reflection Quarterly Report. Reporting started with the first quarter of 2015. Reflection Series homes are located off of Tarvie Circle and are the semi-detached single family homes that are attached at the garage 
only. There were two floor plans offered byBrookfield Homes: Annan and Bromley.
Like the second and third quarters before, there were no sales of Reflection homes in Braemar to report for the fourth quarter of 2015.
Despite the fact that no Reflection homes sold, there was one that had been on the market in the fourth quarter, priced at $439,900. It came on the market on November 20th and went under contract on January 5th. So at least we'll have something to report for the first quarter of 2016.
The next Braemar Reflection Series Quarterly will be in April and will focus on activity during the first quarter of the 2016. Until then, when you are ready to sell your Braemar home, give me all call for a free market analysis. No One Knows Braemar Better!
