Kingsbrooke Single Family Home Report: December 2015
We are well into the New Year. However, because we are still in the midst of January, we're going to be taking a look back to sales activity in December in this edition of the Kingsbrooke Single Family Home Report. Our comparisons will be made to last month (November 2015) and last year (December 2014.)
HOMES SOLD IN KINGSBROOKE
No Listings were Active
There is nothing to report when it comes to active Kingsbrooke single family home listings in December. There was not one Kingsbrooke home available to a Bristow buyer when December came to a close. The 
month previous, there had only been one active listing. However, last December, there were four active listings. Being an active agent in Bristow, I can tell you, if there had been Kingsbrooke single family homes on the market in December, buyers would have been looking at them. Unfortunately, there were not.
HOMES UNDER CONTRACT IN KINGSBROOKE
1 Listing was Under Contract: A Regular Sale
There was one Kingsbrooke single family home under contract when December ended. It was the same single family home under contract when November ended, so our list price at time of contract and marketing time are unchanged. And since there were no Kingsbrooke single family homes under contract last December, there is no year to year comparison.
HOMES SOLD IN KINGSBROOKE
No Listings Sold
Not surpisingly, with dwindling inventory in Kingsbrooke, there were no single family homes that sold in December in the community. We only had one sale last month, but we had four sales last December. Looks like we'll have to wait until our retrospective look at January to get a better idea of what is happening with market value. As for inventory, there is none. That makes it a great time for Kingsbrooke home sellers to list.
The next Kingsbrooke Single Family Home Report will be out at the end of February and will detail sales from the month of January.
