The Lewisburg real estate market had the same amout of sales as in February 2015. It's good to see sale prices are higher this year and the DOM is lower, as well as the average sales price to list price is higher. I hope the market continues as in February. It has been a busy year so far and I am working with six buyers right now. Two pending contracts, waiting to hear about an offer I wrote today, and showing property to out-of-town clients tomorrow.
