Treaty Oaks a 165-acre development, will be a mile east of Interstate 95 on Route 207, just minutes to downtown St. Augustine. The community will surround the St. Johns County Treaty Oaks Park. There will be 418 homes in this new community, with access from Wildwood Dr. as well as Route 207. Landon Homes plans to break ground with their new model in August 2016.
The first phase of the project will consist of 142 lots along with the construction of a community amenity center that will feature a Junior Olympic-sized pool and a fully equipped 2,413-square foot amenity building containing a fitness center and community room with kitchen. The Treaty Oaks community will provide walking paths within the community that lead to nearby Treaty Park.
The Treaty Oaks community surrounds Treaty Park, a 47-acre complex maintained by the St. Johns County Parks and Recreation Department which offers multiple recreation amenities, includes lighted softball fields, multi-purpose fields, lighted tennis, pickleball, racuetball, bocce ball and basketball courts. The park has biking and walking trails, playground, picnic facilites adn a 3-acre lake with canoe trail and fishing pier for catch and release fishing.
There has been a tremendous amount of interest in this community as it offers an outstanding location that's convenient to historic downtown St. Augustine, access to award-winning, top-rated public schools and sendational recreational and social amenities.
