The long-awaited development, Brickell Flatiron, is moving full steam ahead. Two weeks ago, the developer broke ground on the 64-story, luxury condo development located at 1001 South Miami Avenue in the neighborhood of Miami called Brickell, and, last week, the developer released a number of amazing renderings for Brickell Flatiron condos which illustrate just how fabulous this development will be. CMC Group and Capital Group are the developers of Brickell Flatiron and Julian Schnabel has been tapped to design the interiors.
