One of the things I strive to do is to end the week on a positive note. I recently read that what is on our mind when we go to bed determines our sleep and what we will wake up with in the morning. Based on this study, I am working to change my thought patterns and what I affirm to myself when I go to sleep. I strive to have an attitude of gratitudeand think of all I have and how lucky I am to live in such a land of opportunity when I go to bed and when I when I wake up. It does make a difference in my life.
I am grateful for the rain that is falling outside my window as the plants in the garden need the liquid nourishment. I worked a lot in the garden and I was able to harvest some early leaf lettuce that we had for supper this evening. Hopefully, I will be able to plant the later leaf and bibb lettuce crop along with the peppers and tomatoes later this week. I have a green thumb and I love to grow plants and veggies.
I learned a lot in my BOLD class this week and am looking forward towards this Wednesday’s session. I am making a lot of contacts with the real estate agents and they are all beginning to know who I am. When I call them later this week, I know that they will be kind as they know and understand that I am doing what they are doing - growing their business.
