Stone Ridge Mid Week Update 5/7/2016 - 5/11/2016

I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. there are currently 16 homes for sale. 2 homes new to the market; 1 traditional sale town homes & 1 traditional sale detached homes. 1 homes received a contract; 1 traditional sale detached homes.  1 homes were reported sold; 1 traditional sale town homes.  There are 3 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
