With the nice weather ready for some good Fruit Salad!

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Hamm Homes

This is a great salad to make for summer.  All you need is:

2 medium apples, cut in to pieces

2 can Mandarin Oranges

1 cup Halved seedless red grapes

1/ 1/2 cup Mini Marshmallows

8 oz Vanilla  Yogurt.

2 Tbsp Chopped Pecans

Combine apples, orange segments and grapes.  Add Marshmallows and yogurt; mix gently.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.  Sprinkles nuts over the top when ready to serve.  Makes about 12 servings.

Enjoy.

We had a rainy weekend, but good food. Alas, no fresh fruit salad. Hope you're having lots of time to enjoy the sun and good weather - too much work isn't good for us.

I am glad that fruits are plentiful. I got some really pretty strawberries and a nice pineapple. This lighter eating is so good for the summer season.

Hi Will... I'm not much of a fruit eater (veggies are my thing), but this fruit salad sounds yummy, as I love red grapes and mandarins.
