What's The Neighborhood Like?
The Shores of Jupiter consists of about 600 single family homes, most of which back to a preserve or lake. Typical lots are about a quarter of an acre, and the neighborhood is lined with wide sidewalks and plenty of lighting. What sets this community apart from some of the newer communities is the established charm of the diverse homes and mature landscaping. The Shores is conveniently located less than two miles east of Interstate 95 and the Turnpike, and about five miles west of Jupiter's beautiful beaches. The newly remodeled and expanded WalMart is about a mile away on Indiantown Road, and the Publix is next door in the Chasewood Plaza. Fire station #19 is located on Central Blvd, also about a mile away.
What Schools will the Kids Attend?
Limestone Creek Elementary School, Jupiter Middle School of Technology and Jupiter Community High School, all “A” rated public schools, serve The Shores. Jupiter Community Park is just past the elementary school less than two miles from our beautiful tree-lined community. The park has plenty of baseball and soccer fields where many Jupiter residents are involved in multiple activities. There are two playground, tennis courts, restroom facilities and a snack bar.
Who Manages the Shores Community?
The Shores is managed by First Service Residential which is conveniently located off of Indiantown Road and Maplewood Drive. The HOA dues are $180 per quarter and include landscaping of common areas, Tot Lot, walking trails, and a dog park. The Shores has city water and sewer and many homes use the water from the many gorgeous lakes to water their lawn.
