South Riding Mid Week Update 6/18/2016 - 6/22/2016

I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. there are currently 53 homes for sale. 5 homes new to the market; 2 traditional condos, 1 traditional sale town homes, & 2 traditional sale detached homes. 4 homes received a contract; 1 traditional condos, 2 traditional sale town homes, & 1 traditional sale detached homes.  2 homes were reported sold; 1 traditional sale town homes, & 1 traditional sale detached homes.  There are 0 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
