Thank you for stopping for two minutes to read my important message on social media. It is amazing to me that how many agents in my local area are not engaging in social networking online. I hear every excuse not to do it. It just amazes me that why would you not want to do social networking online. Many agents still do not have their own blog.

- NO IMMEDIATE GRATIFICATION
- NOT CONSISTENT WITH ORIGINAL CONTENT
- COST TOO MUCH
I am sure there are more reasons for not doing social media when practicing real estate. However, these are the main reasons why many Realtors do not engage in social networking online from my experience. They do not know where to go to receive training. I see many more real estate brokerages and title agencies teaching courses on social networking. However, one must decide to just do it. Personally, I did not know everything there was to blogging. So, I made the decision to just do it. Now, I am an ActiveRain Ambassador. Currently, I am mastering Facebook. Next, I will be learning more about Linked-In. One cannot do it all at the same time. Yes, it can be overwhelming at times. However, I devote 90 minutes per day to social networking online. I am taking the long term approach when doing Real Estate and Beyond, LLC. I know it will pay off down the road.
