I do not know who started this or when they first named July 15 as ," Cow appreciation  day ' I just read it in the carrier Pigeon , a monthly free magazine that I receive. Check out www.theuptightsuburbanite.com. It is interesting to see that they have something for each day of the month of July,'

Hmm, I guess the best way to show appreciation for a cow would not be to eat a steak, since they would have to die for us to be able to do that, haha.  I will do my part and not have beef today.
