Well there are over forty Open Houses in Falmouth MA on August 13 And 14 2016. They range in price from $249,000 to $1,480,000. There are many styles and sizes and locations of homes all over Falmouth that will be open this weekend.
Holly and I will have 4 different open houses. Ours will be on Saturday from 11 am to 1 pm at 55 Seashell Lane in Lower Davisville, and 19 Commodore Road in Lower Davisville. Then on Sunday from 11-1 we'll be at 21 Blue Shutters Lane in North Falmouth, and at 913 West Falmouth Highway in West Falmouth.
This is the week before the Falmouth Road Race, so there should be a lot of extra people here. We are often asked how the market here is. Well, it depends on the price point, the condition, and the location - we are like most other real estate markets.
