You never know what you'll see when you're out working. Yesterday while previewing a house in the Reservoir area of Brandon, I spotted a rustic wagon at the front door. Nestled between the begonias was a cozy kitten taking a siesta.
I continued through the house and felt like I'd walked into HGTV Land. Anyone that knows me knows I LOVE home projects and fixer-uppers, so I was naturally in awe of the decor.
The walls were lined with some type of shiplap, one of Joanna Gaines favorite finds on HGTV's Fixer Upper. I asked the listing agent if I could take photos so shown above are some of the quaint features in this remodeled home.
This particular home is a 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home in the Reservoir area (Northwest Rankin School District) and is moderately priced in the mid $140s.
