This is the July 2016 Real Estate Market Update for Ventura Single Family Homes.
Homes sales for Ventura Single Family Homes was strong in July, 2016 compared to July, 2015. The number of Ventura Homes sold this July increased by 28% from last July.
Please note this Real Estate Market Report does not include the oceanfront homes which in my opinion skew the overall statistics for Ventura Single Family Homes. I like to break the oceanfront area out and look at those prices separately.
Inventory of Ventura Single Family Homes is still low, which puts pressure on housing prices to rise, however, price appreciation is somewhat constrained due to overall affordability.
It is also important to point out that the lower price range of Ventura Homes is very competitive. If one is looking to purchase in this particular price range, one needs to be fully pre-approved and ready to go as homes in this attractive price range often get multiple offers or a good offer within days that is accepted by the seller.
