We will be hosting an open house on Marble Crescent this coming weekend but we are not 100% sure which property we will be at. We are in the process of delivering the model home to its new owner and because of this we can not access this home. The builder has done the PDI (pre-delivery inspection) to make sure the home is still like a branc new home. A few little touch ups are required but the new owner is anxious to be able to move in.
The builder will be preparing one of the units under construction in order to be able to see what these beautiful homes look like. The home might not be 100% complete but at least you will be able to see whry so many people are buying these beautiful Rockland townhouses.
