Today I finally got the plumber to come and start working on the home inspection repairs at my listing at 34 Priorslee. When I called this morning I told the receptionist that my client and I had called a total of six times. She explained that one of their plumbers was out with a bad back but she would have the other one call me.
The persistence paid off: the plumber finally called and met me at the property today.

Nina, In this case we needed this particular company as they had installed the HVAC and water heater that needed repairs per the home inspection!

My dad is retired now, but he had his own plumbing business. They just don't make 'em like him anymore. Such a shame.

It's a shame to have to make that many calls to get a problem addressed. One can understand being short staffed but how about returning a call to let the prospective client know what the status is! It's all about customer service!
