Inventory building Up for Selling Season
Although September home sales are lighter than the previous year, according to Florida Realtors market reports, this lighter activity provides an opportunity for our inventory to build up in preperation for our traditional selling season. Our active inventory is now at 985 homes which is a monthly supply of 5 months. *A Welcome Inventory Improvement* As for our median sale price, it continues to appreciate and is up 12% to $310,000. The local Realtors association is optimistic that home buyers will be keeping Realtors quite busy this selling season.
