I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. there are currently 22 homes for sale. 0 homes new to the market. 1 homes received a contract.; 1 traditional sale town homes. 0 homes were reported sold.  There are 2 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
