I'm Thankful for My Power Tools - November Challenge,

Day 7.

The November Challenge by Debbie Reynolds continues, with my Day 7 blog.

Since we purchaced our home 10 years ago, we have made some changes and updates to our home.  Right now, I am working on building a screened-in porch, that is an addition to the room we built several years ago.

We all have a hammer, handsaw, screwdriver and a few other hand tools for those minor repairs around the home, but when you have bigger plans to update your home, it takes something bigger to do the job.

Debbie's November challenge asks us to share 10 days, each day with a different subject that we are thankful for.  Today, I am thankful for my power tools, so I will be able to finish my current project in the next couple of weeks.

I am Thankful for My Power Tools!

And where is your ledger board, Larry? LOL. Those look just like my power tools, so I understand the appeal. Except you have a mitre saw and I don't have one of those.

Larry I have made good use of my power tools over the years as well.  Hope you get the screened in porch done for the whit fluffy stuff arrives.  Going to Home Dept or Lowe's is one of my favorite trips :)

You are fortunate to be able to wield those tools, Larry. I am at ease with a paint brush and roller, but can not for the life of me get a screw into drywall.

What would be without power tools?

Good luck and success.

You are doing a great job out there in the cold Larry, I don't know how you can stay outside so long...unless you just become numb after a while!

Hi Larry... with a title like that, I had to click through! I own no power tools... just really great contractors!  But I can see why you are thankful for your power tools and your work looks great.

Wow Larry, you are a jack of all trades, what don't you do?  Power tools are so good to have but I don't know how to use them, now put me in a kitchen and that is different.
