Lisa Von Domek Yes, there are many reasons, and vary with homeowner is the right time to sell.
Selling now could be a great time for many, depending on their circumstances. I suspect the limited inventory is creating a concern for some who might want to sell, but the interest rates are still pretty good. Talking all this through with someone like yourself is important so the right decisions can be made.
