What would it take for you to send your clients for Credit Repair?

By
Services for Real Estate Pros

I guess I just don't understand. I know that there are several of you clients that need our services. I know that if we could get their credit fixed that you would be able to get them into a home. I know that if you can't get them into a home you wont make any money and you wont be able to help someone that in most case you want to help. The loan officers that we are dealing with are closing more deals. The real estate professional's that use our services are getting more people in more homes. This is just a math problem that I feel is easy but possibly I am missing something.

Credit Repair + Good service from you = A happy customer in a home.

PLEASE help me understand why you would not send your client to me for a "FREE" consultation.

I think there needs to be a willingness from the client to clean their credit up.  Also, in our area there have been several that have ripped people off and did little to no work.  I know of one that has done a good job, but it is very hard in a world where people expect intstant results

I concur only a few people I have referred actually went through with it. They just don't want to pay to have it done and there credit reflects that!

The typically wont go through with it because they are embarassed and they pretty much feel hopeless. About 80% of the people that actually talk to use get on the program. Dont hesitate to send them to me. Again if 10 say no and 10 say yes that could be the difference in you putting 10 more people in a home this year and I dont pretend to know how much money you make on a closing but I know it has to be better than "none".
