I just introduced an interactive home prices chart / graph to our website. The graph shows annual single family home median sales prices for cities / zip codes within Salt Lake County. When you first go in it shows all zip codes, but you can customize the graph to only show select zip codes / cities. In the future I am hoping to extend the functionality to show condo prices and to show quarterly prices.
