Better Late Than Never....Happy New Year!

Beckoning CatWishing all who read this post a very Happy New Year along with good health and good fortune.

In the photo is a Maneki-Neko statuette or Beckoning Cat. This is a Hawaiian version of a Japanese Maneki-Neko lucky figurine.

Because it has it's right paw raised, doing the beckoning, according to some, this brings in good luck and wealth.

 

We received this carved cat from a past client who now lives in Hawaii and we enjoy the promise is gives.

 

Happy New Year to you and yours in 2017 with much good luck, good health and prosperity!
