I have a secret, but once I share it here, it won't be a secret anymore. I have a friend who's made it to the blog world big time. She's been interviewed by the Chicago Trib and Realty Times. The Bloodhound sniffed her out. She guest writes on The Tomato. She's featured along with Active Rain's Maureen Francis in a four part series on blogging in Inman News. She's been noticed by our own St. Paul Association of REALTORS. She has an ongoing problem with bathtubs which she shares with Larry Cragun. She's even been mentioned by the peons of the blogging world like the Blog Queen of Minnesota and Jonathan Greene.
The secret is that she's really a very nice person even though she'd like the members of her realm to think her ego is as big as Mt. Bloggious where she resides. She says she doesn't care about the fame. I tell her fame is fickle. She says she only cares about getting leads from her blog. I tell her it's a lot of pressure to be in the limelight. She says it won't last. I tell her I'll help her shave her head and take her to rehab when the time is right. Maybe Sellsius has a good PRIVATE facility they can direct us to!
